  1. Click on“Support” button in your Personal Office.
  2. Click on "Create".
  3. Select an appropriate category from the list.
  4. Specify your question.
  5. Clearly describe your situation.
The Support Team operators do not see your Personal Office, thus point out all necessary information — Order and Request numbers, your Personal Office login (email), the sender and receiver contacts and so on.
  1. Attach any relevant files as proofs (if necessary).
  2. Click on "Save".



You can create a ticket on any issue.
  • A created ticket will be displayed in the ticket list.
    You should wait for an answer from the Support Team. When an operator responds to your ticket, a notification will appear beside your ticket.




NOTE: you are not suppose to create more than one ticket on a particular issue, unless you told to do by CRO (support team). otherwise it will delay the response time.
when you creates a ticket, it enters the queue so when it gets to your turn, your issue will be treated. creating one than one ticket due delay in response will cause more harm than good because when you do that it takes your ticket to the last on the queue. 

The more often you write to the support team the longer your problem is being solved. 


To get your problem solved faster you have to follow the recommendation on the ticket. by selecting the topic or the related topic to your problem.
