Update with Andrew
Call center
issue was discussed and Andrew opined that the time of response is okay, and
that it is not toll free but charged. He
also stated that the call center, for now, is only for new participants and
prospects who are calling to get info on MMM.
On promo
tasks, a survey was done on how seriously people are taking these tasks. He urged guiders to encourage
their downlines to please do the promo tasks as they help strengthen the
community on the one hand, and boost referrals of all those who will do the
tasks.
On multiple
accounts, he asked if it will be possible to use BVN for verifying bank
accounts to stop multiple registrations, as suggested by some guiders in the
meeting, it was agreed that that move is
impossible since BVN is a personal data and only banks can use it for that
purpose.
On the use
of identity cards for verification, it
was agreed that since not everyone in Nigeria has ID cards and there is no standard means of
identification adopted by Nigeria, it
will not be possible
He also
specified that those operating multiple accounts are already being /been put on
moratorium.
On fake
POPs, he said that all pending fake POP issues will be handled by the system
once pHing /Ghing resumes by 14th.
On
resumption of pHing/Ghing, he said that
it will resume by 14th, which is just 10 days away, and that by next week, the new model will be explained in guiders
meeting and in our PO. He was quite
confident that the system will resume by 14th.
He urged
members of the MMM community to work now and start referring non members to the
community to boost their referral status, and the promo tasks.
Summary of today's Guider's meeting with Head of CRO, JANUARY
4TH 2016
1. Call
centre is very important and reduces the work of support staff
2. New
model will address fake POP and non-confirmation of Order
3. On the
issue of fighting multiple accounts, the use of BVN was suggested which was
unanimously rejected. The Head of CRO Mr. Andrew attested that BVN can only be
verified by Nigerian banks, so there is no way support can verify BVN. Kudos to
Head of CRO.
5. SMS code
was unanimously agreed to be sent to registered phone numbers on the PO when
GHing
6. What are
the expectations of members?
Everyone
expecting to see a stronger and more sustainable community from 14th January.
GH commences same day.
7. The new
model would be switched on by next week.
